I am M.Gopalakrishnan, writer in Tamil. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience in Bengaluru during the last 3 days. BBLF#2024 was a unique event which all the writers dreamed about. Bringing all the south indian languages under one roof itself is a great achievement. Listening to great writers like H S Shivaprakash, K.Satchidanandan, Vivek Shanbhag, Volga, Nagabhushanaswamy, Paul Zacharia, Vadrevu Chinnabadrudu and many such personalities is an experience to cherish with for many years. You have created an opportunity to know the young and emerging writers from other languages and also the various trends being explored. The festival created an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and works between the languages. All the titles and topics given for the discussion to the panel of writers are well conceived. It is worth mentioning that punctuality is maintained throughout the programme. It’s like a perfect orchestration where everyone did their part precisely resulting in complete performance. And it is not only the festival of letters but also the festival of art, drama and music also. Listening to the greats of Pt Venkatesh kumar, Dr R K Padmanaba and Bindhu Malini and experiencing the Yaksha Gana all added to the beauty of the festival. My sincere appreciation and congratulation to the entire Book Brahma Team for making the event GREAT and SUCCESSFUL. Wish that the BBLF continues for many more years.
