Rayagiri Shankar (Sankaranarayanan, born 24 January 1980) is a Tamil writer, poet, essayist, and editor. He writes short stories, poetry, and essays, and is recognized as a distinctive voice in contemporary Tamil literature. His notable works include the poetry collection Sudarakalin Madhu, the short story collection Shokalmil Enchupavan, and the essay collection Kamam Seppadhu Kandhu Mozhimo. He is also the editor of the online literary magazine Mayir.
