B. Tirusenthalai (born 1981) is a Tamil poet and short story writer based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He began his literary career in 2006 and has since published three short story collections—Veyil Nanban, Vilaasam, and Nerupil Valarpavai—along with the poetry collection Sketches – Sorchithirangal.

Known for his lyrical prose and sensitive portrayal of human emotions, his stories often explore the lives of entrepreneurs and traders against the backdrop of Madurai and southern Tamil Nadu. His works have been translated into English and Malayalam, with some included in college curricula. He has received literary honours from organisations such as Puthiya Thalaimurai and SRV, and has participated in literary festivals including the Vishnupuram American Lit Fest.
