Samyuktha Maya is a Tamil poet, translator, and banking professional from Theni district, Tamil Nadu. She holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Sciences, and is currently based in Chennai.

She made her literary debut with the poetry collection Dalhousieyin Orange Iravu (The Orange Night of Dalhousie) in 2016, followed by Thee Nindra Paadham (Feet of Flames) in 2023. In recognition of her poetic achievements, She has been awarded the Thamizhan Award for 'Promising Star - Literature' 2026 by New Generation Media (Puthiya Thalaimurai TV)

Her poems have been translated into Telugu, and she continues to contribute to contemporary Tamil literature through poetry and translation while pursuing her career in banking.
