Kumaaran Nandan is a Tamil writer of short stories and poetry. His published works include the poetry collection Pagal Kanavugalin Nadanam and the short story collections Pathimoonru Meengal, Boomiyengum Pooraniyin Nizhal, Nagarap Paadagan, Maha Maya, and Nigazhvugalai Maatri Amaippavan. In recognition of his significant contribution to the short story genre, he received the Pudhumaipithan Award presented by Vijaya Publications.
