Chandra Keerthi is a theatre practitioner, performative storyteller, educator, and teacher trainer with over 25 years of experience in the performing arts. He holds an M.Sc. in Electronic Media from Bangalore University.

He has acted in 37 staged plays, conceptualised and performed over 10 stories for children, and appeared in more than 450 shows. His diverse practice includes acting, directing, storytelling, theatre education, facilitation, and teacher training. He is the Founder and Creative Director of Theatre Artistree, through which he has initiated innovative projects such as Theatre at Your Doorstep, RangaAkshara, and Kitchen Stories. He has also directed The Caucasian Chalk Circle, which was staged at META (Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards), New Delhi.

A recipient of the GCU Puraskar 2024, Chandra continues to explore the possibilities of theatre and storytelling across performance, education, and community engagement.
