A passionate campaigner for Kannada computing, he works to make technology more accessible by encouraging the creation and sharing of knowledge in Kannada through platforms such as Kannada Wikipedia.

An active member of the Wikimedia community, Om has played a key role in fostering Kannada-language digital initiatives and building communities around free knowledge and open-source software.
