Vamsikrishna is a well-known poet, short-story writer, and critic in Telugu. So far, he has authored 8 poetry collections, 3 short-story anthologies, and 3 books of film criticism. He has written several columns on Indian poetry and international poetry in print and electronic magazines. He has extensively translated poetry and stories into Telugu and has received numerous awards.
