Beluru Ramamurthy is a veteran Kannada writer and celebrated humorist from Mysuru with over 40 years of literary service. Author of over 800 stories and essays, 21 novels, and numerous humor collections, his popular short story collections include Katha Kusuma and Katha Bimba. A prominent media contributor for AIR and TV serials, he is a recipient of the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award, Goruru Award, and Kuvempu Award, among others.
