Mallika Prasad is an accomplished Indian actor, writer, director, educator, and voice specialist whose work spans theatre, film, television, and performance training. With advanced training from the National School of Drama (NSD) and Goldsmiths, University of London, she has built an acclaimed career across multiple languages and artistic disciplines.   She gained nationwide recognition for her powerful performance as Amma in Mardaani 3 (2026). Her notable screen credits include the National Award-winning Kannada film Kanooru Heggadathi, Devi Ahilya Bai, Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat, Killer Soup, and Aspirants. As a filmmaker, she wrote and directed For My Ela (2025), which has received international acclaim at film festivals.   Mallika is the Founder and Artistic Director of Actors Ensemble India Forum and the founder of Vachika Voicework. A respected actor, director, and voice teacher, she also serves as Associate Teacher and South Asia Regional Head for the Fitzmaurice Voice Institute. Through her work in performance, education, and filmmaking, she continues to make a significant contribution to contemporary Indian theatre and cinema.
