Ajay Varma Alluri is a young Kannada–Telugu writer, poet, and translator from Sindhanur in Karnataka's Raichur district. Fluent in both Kannada and Telugu, he has emerged as a promising literary translator, fostering meaningful cultural and literary exchange between the two languages.   His published works include Gaganasindhu, Diana Mara, and Kalala Kanniti Paata, a Telugu translation of selected Kannada poems. He also translated Vimukta, the Sahitya Akademi Award-winning novel by renowned Telugu writer Volga, into Kannada under the title Vimukte, earning appreciation for his contribution to contemporary translation literature.   Currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics at the University of Mysore, Manasagangotri, Ajay Varma Alluri continues to balance academic pursuits with a growing literary career, establishing himself as one of the promising young voices in contemporary Indian literature.
