Poornima Malagimani is an emerging Kannada author, novelist, and creative writer whose work spans literature, technology, and leadership. An Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from S.J.M.I.T., Chitradurga, she began her professional career as an officer in the Aeronautical Engineering Department of the Indian Air Force, where she served for six years. She later worked as a Joint Deputy Director in a Government of India organization and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Metiskill Global Solutions, Bengaluru.   A prolific writer, Poornima has authored several novels, short stories, and literary works. Her technical and literary articles have been widely published in leading Kannada newspapers and online journals. Recognized for her literary excellence, she has received numerous honours, including the Kannada Sahitya Parishat Datti Prashasti.   Poornima is also a sought-after speaker and panelist at literature festivals, Kannada literary conferences, International Women's Day events, and academic institutions. Through her writing and public engagements, she continues to inspire readers by bringing together contemporary thought, literary creativity, and professional experience.
