Vikram Visaji is a distinguished Kannada poet, literary critic, translator, researcher, and academic whose contributions have earned him a prominent place in contemporary Kannada literature. A professor and research guide, he has mentored postgraduate and doctoral students while actively contributing to literary scholarship and creative writing. His published works include the poetry collections Neeveke Kattala Kade, Tamasha, and Goodu Kattuva Chitra; Huchchu Dalimbe Gida, a translation of Greek poetry; Belagina Mukha, a work of literary criticism; Nadagalu Nudiyagali, a research publication; and an edited volume on the plays of Dr. Chandrashekhara Kambara. Dr. Visaji has received numerous prestigious literary honours, including the Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad Young Writer Award and the Kannada Sahitya Parishat's Sri Vijaya Award, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to Kannada literature.
