Amaresha Giniwara

Amarresh Ginivar is a resonant storyteller and poet, born on June 1, 1989, in Ginivar village of Sindhanur taluk, Raichur district. His first poetry collection, Bayalu, was published in 2009. His stories and poems have won several accolades, including a prize at the state-level youth short story competition and the Sangata award for his story Hindekullu.

He holds a degree through external education from Karnataka University and has been serving in the postal department since 2008. Currently, he works as the Sub-Postmaster at Turvihal Post Office.

Amarresh’s short stories, poems, critiques, essays, and articles have been published in various platforms including All India Radio Raichur, Samyukta Karnataka, Prajavani, Raichur Vani, Suddi Moola, Raichur Suddibimba, and Avadhi e-magazine.
