Aravind Chinchure
Dr. Aravind Chinchure is a renowned academician, corporate strategist, and innovation leader with over 25 years of global experience spanning research, intellectual property, startup investment, policy, social entrepreneurship, and education. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has worked at premier institutions like TIFR, Leiden University, Oxford, and Max-Planck Institute. As Chair Professor at Symbiosis International University, he designed and launched India’s first residential MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He has published research papers, holds international patents, and has led R&D and innovation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and SMEs alike. Dr. Chinchure also advises governments and NGOs on innovation policy, grassroots entrepreneurship, and social impact. As founder–CEO of QLeap Academy and author of The New Age Organisation, he continues to inspire and mentor thousands on building agile, resilient, and innovative organizations.
