Basavaraja Kodagunti
Assistant Professor of Kannada at the Central University of Karnataka, Gulbarga, Basavaraj Kodagunti is a noted scholar with a deep interest in linguistics. His research spans the history of spoken Kannada, the Dravidian language family, and case markers.
He is the author of several influential works, including The Historical Development of Kannada Case Forms, Case Forms in Muski Kannada, Maatembudu, and Bhashika Karnataka. His other writings include Bhasha Vishleshane, Ooru, Hyderabad Karnataka, Karnatakada Maatugalu, Dargaa, and the Hyderabad Karnataka Series (six volumes covering Ooru, Kote, Shasana, Kere-Baavi, Kannada, and Dargaa).
