Captain Sajita Nair
Capt. Sajita Nair (Retd) is a former Indian Army officer, award-winning author, and TEDx speaker. Her debut novel She’s a Jolly Good Fellow, inspired by her experiences in the armed forces, won critical acclaim for its authentic portrayal of a woman’s journey in uniform. Now based in Bangalore, she continues to write and speak on themes of leadership, resilience, gender, and identity, while also mentoring young professionals and aspiring writers.
