With a distinguished academic background, Nandabasappa M Wade holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the S.S. Art Institute in Vijayapura, Karnataka, and a Diploma in Painting from Ravindra Kalaniketan, Tumakuru.  

His career is decorated with numerous awards, including recognitions from Chitrakala Parishath Bangalore and the Halabhavi School of Art Dharawad in 1994, the Mysore Dasara Awards in 1996, and multiple accolades from Tanjavur between 1996 and 2000. His work has been showcased in solo exhibitions, notably at Chitrakala Parishath Bangalore in 2023, and in numerous group shows across prominent venues such as Nehru Art Centre, Mumbai, and Aakruthi Art Gallery, Hyderabad.  

Participation in significant art events like the Annual Art Exhibition at Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy and the National Exhibition of Art in New Delhi highlights his active presence in the art community. Additionally, Mr. Wade has contributed to several art camps, including those organized by G.E. Company and Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy, demonstrating a commitment to collaborative and educational art endeavours.
