My name is Seelam Surendra, and I’m a writer and filmmaker.
I am originally from Kristipadu village in Nandyal district, Rayalaseema. After completing my B.Tech and working for some time in the IT field, I shifted my focus towards storytelling. I’ve written two books so far — Parveta, a collection of short stories, and Nadoori Midde, a novel rooted in regional culture. I’m currently working in the Telugu film industry, where I’ve worked as an assistant director on two films and as an associate director on another two. Now based in Hyderabad, I continue to explore stories through both cinema and literature.
