Dr Chandrashekhar Buddha is the CEO, Anuvadini AI & CCO, AICTE, Ministry of Education, Government of India. He is focused on making India as an education and knowledge capital of the world by providing the best education, technology, skilling, internships, entrepreneurship, start-up and innovation eco-system to the youth of India.

Dr Budda is the creator of Anuvadini – a make in India – Generative AI, Video, Voice and Document AI Translation Tool that supports 29 reginal Indian and foreign languages helping break language barriers and unifying India and the World under the principles of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat and One Earth, one Family, One  Future. He is leading Ministry of education National Educational Alliance for Technology (NEAT) initiative, internship enterprise portal, artificial intelligence language translation project, Indian knowledge systems, distributed 450 crore free digital content to higher education students and leading various student up-skilling initiatives.

He is focusing on strategy, technology, and business transformation. He is an expert in managing advanced technologies, processes, cybersecurity and people. He has architected 180+ technology-based systems. He has hands-on experience in software, IT, education, smart cities, critical infrastructure, urban finance, skill development, healthcare and telecommunication domains.
