Author Arpana HS hails from Shimoga. She completed graduation in Dharmasthala and Ujire and pursued Masters’s degree in Journalism from Mangalore University. She started her career as a journalist in ETV and presently works as a freelancer in Bangalore. She nurtures great interest for Kannada literature and cinema offerings. Many of her short stories, poems and essays have won prizes in the literature sections of leading newspapers and magazines of the State. Her first published work was “Kempu mattu Itara Bahumanita Kategalu“.
