Prakash Kambathalli, the founder of Ankita Pustaka, is fond of theatre and has a Bachelor’s degree in dramaturgy and an MA in Kannada. A storyteller and translator, he has worked as an editor in various organizations. In 1995, he established Ankita Pustaka Publishing House and was the President of the Karnataka Publishers Association, encouraging new storytellers and audiences. He has also worked as a teacher for some time. His published works are ‘Anveshakaru mattu itara Natakagalu’, ‘Computer Sevaka mattu itara Natakagalu’ and ‘Makkaligagi matte helida Nasiruddin Kathegalu’. He has received many awards including ‘Pustaka Samskruti’, State Level Publisher of the Year Award for 2019.
