An actress, director and creative writer, Ranjani Raghavan has also acted in many plays directed and produced by Vadhana Amateur Theatre Group.

She started her career with a small role as Nagaveni in the mythological serial ‘Keladi Chenamma’ and went on to act in the serial ‘Akashdeepa’. Later she bagged a leading role in the serial ‘Puttagauri Manduve’ which got her huge recognition and success on small screen. She later worked as a creative director for the serial ‘Ishtadevathe’ and acted in the Malayalam serial ‘Poornami Thinkal’. She played an important role as Bhuvaneswari in the serial ‘Kannadathi’.

She also acted in Rajahamsa which received mixed reviews from the audience. In 2018, she won the Miss India Supermodel from IFM Fashion Show in Ranjani 2022, she has received RotaryClub Bangalore’s Youth Icon Award and Chittara Rising Star Award.

Apart from acting and directing, she is also involved in creative writing and has published the short stories collection titled ‘Katedabbi’ and a novel ‘Swipe right’.
